Each Bot gets one scoped job plus the skills and tools it needs, and creates or updates its own routines: watch the calendar, wait for a certain kind of Slack reply, or run “every morning” or “4 times a day.” Two workflows you can copy: a Bot as the first line of defense that triages product questions and bugs in Slack on its own and found the team an instant workaround, and a Bot that digs through release notes, GitHub, and Slack before the fortnightly product-marketing sync and sends a packaged pre-read. He is also blunt that multi-player agents for whole teams are still unsolved.
