官方 Recruiting & People 角色 Calendar Coordinator：跨多本日历把人约到同一房间，并追那些没人有空去追的 hold。对外发邀请与改期默认停在审批。 Official Recruiting & People role Calendar Coordinator: gets people in the same room across calendars and chases the holds nobody else has time to chase. External invites and reschedules stop for approval by default.

上手路径How to start

1. 先跑一次安全范围Run a safe first pass

   先在可撤回、不外发的范围内试跑。本条未批准前：不发送会议邀请、不改他人日历；只返回可行时段、冲突说明与待发邀请草稿。。 Try it first in a reversible, non-outbound scope. Until approved: Do not send invites or change others’ calendars; return feasible slots, conflicts, and draft invites only..
