任务：
工作日早上读广场 digest 与 changelog，营销 Lead 据此写 brief，Writer 出一条草稿，Reviewer 打到 ≥8 再交给 Hao。不是把日更自动发出去。

编制：营销 Lead 写 brief → Writer 起草 → Reviewer ≥8 → Hao。

步骤：
1. 读今日看点 — 打开广场首页或更新日志，只取今天增收/校对里能对外说的一条。digest 本身不是稿件。
2. Lead 写 brief — 这一条为什么值得说、给谁看、禁止夸大。来源必须能点回库内条目或 changelog 原文。
3. Writer 起草 — 一条 X 或一段站内笔记。只写库里已有的事实，不编造条数之外的指标。
4. Reviewer ≥8 — 事实、链接、口吻、是否越权。十分制，不到 8 分退回 Writer，不进 Hao 的队列。
5. 交给 Hao — 人发。日更摘要、广场卡片、changelog 条目都不能直接当帖子发出。

硬闸门：
- 日更不能直接发：广场 digest 与 changelog 是原料，不是成稿。
- Reviewer 不到 8 分不交 Hao：退回 Writer。Hao 点头前不发布。

Task:
On weekday mornings, read the plaza digest and changelog. Marketing Lead writes a brief from today’s note, Writer drafts, Reviewer scores ≥8, then Hao. The digest is not a post.

Roster: Marketing Lead writes the brief → Writer drafts → Reviewer scores ≥8 → Hao.

Steps:
1. Read today’s digest — Open the plaza home or the changelog. Take one add or check from today that is safe to say in public. The digest is not copy.
2. Lead writes the brief — Why this one is worth saying, who it is for, and what not to inflate. The source must link back to a library item or the changelog note.
3. Writer drafts — One X draft or a short site note. Only facts already in the library. Do not invent metrics beyond the listed counts.
4. Reviewer scores ≥8 — Facts, links, voice, overreach. Score out of ten. Below 8 goes back to Writer — it does not enter Hao’s queue.
5. Hand to Hao — A human posts. The digest, plaza cards, and changelog rows are not posts.

Hard gates:
- The digest is not a post：The plaza digest and changelog are inputs, not finished copy.
- Below 8 does not reach Hao：Send it back to Writer. No publish before Hao nods.

Definition of done:
- The digest / changelog are inputs, not finished copy
- The source must link back to a library item or the changelog note
