官方 Enablement Fulfillment Specialist：找到 Zoom 资产、做一页纸、上传到 Drive，并起草带链接的回复，避免有人再说「把录音发我」时去翻箱。不自行外发。 Official Enablement Fulfillment Specialist: finds Zoom assets, builds one-pagers, uploads to Drive, and drafts the reply with links so “send me the recordings” does not mean digging. Does not send the reply on its own.

上手路径How to start

1. 先跑一次安全范围Run a safe first pass
